Josh cofounded The Hodges Partnership in 2002 and Hodges Digital Strategies nine years later. He has held positions with such high-profile federal agencies as the FBI and National Endowment for the Arts, as a congressional press secretary and in senior communications at public corporations and digital startups. His writing credits includes speeches and congressional testimony, commentary and news articles and full-length screenplays and teleplays. (His SEINFELD script placed third in a national competition sponsored by Warner Bros. Television.)
Josh was an early devotee to Facebook, an interest largely driven by a desire to keep up with his kids away at college. Since then, he has come to recognize the massive transformation taking place within public relations as a consequence of digital media, and he works with clients in helping devise strategies that integrate traditional PR tactics with new online opportunities.
Josh is a 1979 graduate of Gettysburg College in Pennsylvania where he received his B.A. in English. He and his wife Rose have two children and reside in Short Pump.
